| By the way, the best thing to do is check the ingredients and nutritional label once you get to the store. It might be a bit time consuming doing this, but you'll learn fast which brands are okay and it'll get quicker. Also print a list of the acceptable foods list and take it with you to make sure you're not buying something just because you think it's "legal". If it's not on the list, don't buy it.

| absolutely. You can always add a bit of mustard and salt if you want ti to taste like the "salad cream"
