| You are in the UK right? In Europe they already subtract the fibre when they list carbs on the label. So the netcarbs is the ones on the label.

| You can have 10-20 olives per day. Just remember they are in the "Special Category Foods", so they may "occasionally slow down weight loss in some people" (DANDR, Chapter 11). However, if you are losing "well" while eating 10-20 olives, then enjoy them.
