| Welcome! :wave Yes, any and all of those will be great! You should also consider some strength training. Not all strength training is lifting weights either. Yoga and Pilates are great for strength training and swimming is a good way to get it in too. | I agree, add some strength training. Free weights are a good way to start, and are relatively inexpensive. Cross-training, using two or more sports to enhance your overall fitness, really makes a huge difference. Swimming and running are great examples because they use very different muscle groups. Find activities that will stress different muscles groups and you'll see awesome results in terms of your fitness levels. Good for you for getting active! It's a big part of Atkins! |
