| yup! I am on day 5 of induction and have lost 5.5 pounds and I eat a lox or smoked salmon as a snack sometimes with tiny bit of cream cheese on plate with a little lemon juice....it's delicious! There are zero net carbs in lox - so go ahead and ENJOY!

| Darn, I should have picked some up today when I did the groceries. I forgot about lox and cream cheese that are perfectly legal foods on induction. What a great combination for breakfast! Norman
