| Hi Mel :wave; Welcome back ![]() My mushroom sauce is fairly simple - just cook sliced/chopped mushrooms with a little butter then add cream. I do a similar one for burgers or chicken using sliced red/yellow peppers or onions too

| Well - can I just say, it was THE most amazing sauce ever! I just chopped the mushrooms, sauteed it in butter added Double Cream and a tablespoon of Dijon Mustard and a dash of Malt Vinegar believe it or not! I then reduced it right down and added freshly cracked pepper and by the end OH was threatening to lick what was left off his plate |
