| I'm not a medical doctor, but consider taking maybe 1/4 teaspoon of bicarb in half a glass of water. Maybe you are suffering from acid reflux. Don't over do it! The sodium in bicarb can raise your blood pressure. If the nausea / pain continues I'd suggest to visit your doctor. Be prudent. It takes many years to pack on the pounds, and quite a long time to drop the weight. Norman |

| I have tried everything. I am sick till my hunger overrides the nausea. I noticed it at the beginning, but now it seems to be getting worse. I am so happy for my weight loss, but if this continues, I may have to stop. |

| Have you posted any menus for people to look at to get some ideas what may be going on?

| You are hungry? Are you not eating? Have you thought of making egg drop soup?

| I am eating normal amounts. It's the time between meals that I am suffering the nausea...and now stomach pain. I seriously don't think I could eat an egg or meat right now to save my life. I will be talking to the doctor tomorrow about this. Thank you everyone for your help. |

| That is a good idea to see a doctor about it. Certainly is not normal.

| I was having a similar issue, but actually throwing up! My potassium levels were way too low. Once I fixed this, I never had another problem.

Ditto on that. I was feeling very nauseous and starting taking potassium - problem solved! What supplements are you taking? |
