| Thanks for the laugh...that was my abs workout for the day ![]() Seriouly...I hope you feel better. If that stuff doesn't work out for you, I just use plain ground psyllium husk from the health food store - it looks like light-coloured bran ... I just mix 1tbsp with a 1/4 cup of water & down it - no taste, no fuss.
