| Welcome! Crystal light (and anything containing aspartame) is not allowed. Pure, plain water is what you should be drinking. Have you read the book or the Induction Sticky's? It will really make a difference in your results when you are following the plan as intended. Welcome to the board and good luck on your Atkins journey |

| well yea i did, but the thing is.. I dunt really have much of Crystal Lit.. and could you please review my menu for today.. this is my second time to go on Atkins.. it works wonders for me.. but this time.. im afraid i wont lose a thing.. Breakfast : 2 Eggs half tomato and half peper 3 forks of feta cheese 1/2 packet Crystal Light ( I checked it said no carbs, no calories but there is Aspartam, that's why i only took half of the packet) Lunch: Broclie and cucmbers Edam cheese 2 tender lunch meats the other half of the left packet of crystal lit Dinner: 4 Bolied Frankfurt susage Edam cheese Ps: I don't really exceed the 3 oz of cheese |

| I cannot really tell where you are on the under-over eating scale? Have you tried FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal. It will count the calories and then you will have an idea of where you stand. I kind of worried that you are eating a lot of processed stuff that contains hidden sugars and starches. So you have to think about that. Crystal Light would be extra bad if you do not drink a lot of additional plain water. This is really a must.

| i am not sure you are getting enough veggies. actually looking at my list i know you aren't. you can only have one cup of other veggies and tomato and broccli is on the other list. i know you say you arent going over your cheese but i really think you are. 3 ounces is 3 cheese sticks (the mozzerella sticks here are one ounce each). Frankfurt sausage is almost like a hot dog and i do believe it has fillers so therefor its illegal. im not sure what tender lunch meats are. basicly your meats need to be 100% meat. |

| Oh.. thank you so much for answering me.. well maybe I need to use the food scale again.. set it to Oz instead of Kg.. I need to have more salad I guess.. maybe i'll have a caputchi on my tuna.. well hot dogs I dunt pretty much eat alot of them maybe just for breakfast or dinner and its 3 avarage sized hotdogs.. n' i boil them instead of stir fry them.. but maybe i should lay low on them maybe just once a week The tender meat is a kind of meat that is only cooked by bieng boiled.. it is 100% meat.. Are the green onions okay?? and i do drink alot of wter.. i just was introduced to crystal lite n' Loved it.. specially that i was a diet pepsie ADDICT n' i had to cut them out .. so this is like theo nly sweet thing I get. Today i had iced expresso with .. no sugar n' skimmed milk from starbux.. It was small sized too.. I dunno if this messes up my diet.. Now it's dinner time.. n' i think i'll jsut have 1/22 oz of cheese and some cucmbers or green onions.. thank you again for supporting me |

| you can't have milk but you can have heavy cream. you should really stick to real meat (chicken pork beef thing like that) and fish. do you have the book? i think you should go and ready the stickies as they are really helpful. have a salad for lunch with some chiken or bacon and have some meat of fish for dinner with some veggies on the side. it seems like you are realy limiting how much you eat and atkins isnt about limiting how much you eat its about learning to eat the right things. |

| Well I am limited cuz here in eGypt we dunt have as much varities as you have in the States. I did read the book. well the milk is skimmed and there isn't heavy cream here, it's just vannilla wipped cream or smthn like that.. everything has a flavour.. or just whipped cream and I dunt htink that's possible. I did add some vegies today.. i hope it helps.. How often should i weigh my self.. I do it every morning n' the scale is kind of going down |

| Hi Nadoushi welcome on board been reading everyones comments they have mostly already given you advice im just going to add that why are you having mostly boiled meat and boiling it that doesn't sound right your fat intake sounds less start frying your meat instead this is atkins your allowed to.After induction why not snack on peanuts but count carbs.You said you had an iced expresso well since your not sure if it messed things up don't have anything unless you can count the carbs and prepare it yourself to be on the safe side.
