| Can you give your stats too? How much are you trying to lose? A more detailed menu with amounts would be good. Are you drinking plenty of water? And I mean PLENY I don't see a lot of fat in your menu. This is a high fat diet and the fat served the purpose of pushing us in ketosis and keeping us full. You do not have the book? It is a great source and a great inspiration.
