| That will depend on what is in them, Laura. You must read the list of ingredients on the labels to make sure any food does not have sugar (or any of the other names for sugar including corn syrup, HFCS, dextrose, molasses etc) or any non-induction ingredients like starches, wheat products, soy products, milk products etc. It is suprising how many foods have these in, so always read labels BEFORE buying or eating any new foods.

| Hi there i snack on a handful of salted peanuts well i love the kp chilli ones so tasty you can get them at tescos but just count your carbs.
