| We usually say that if it is an isolate it is fine but if it is just whey protein it is better to wait to rung 2 when you try out dairy generally. Looks like a good one - it has artifical sweeteners so when you start using it make sure you count them. When it comes to calories there are different approaches for sure. I think most of us tend to eat around our daily requirement. I use Fitday calculations to find out what they are (you know approximately) But in the time have done Atkins I have never really sweated it when it comes to calories. Hope day 3 is good.

| Yup, no whey protein concentrate allowed during Induction, but you can introduce that protein powder in OWL. Also watch your fat-carb-protein percentages when you are drinking the shakes.
