A mouth spray without alcohol is okay to use. I bought a TheraBreath Spray from the US. It contains: Quote:

Yes the breath stinks and mouth feels funny never tried the spray but i only use sugar free gum to keep it fresh or brush in the day if i eat a strong taste food like cheese.
