| if you are looking for a substitute to use as a breading instead of porkrinds,grated parmesan(sp) cheese is great. (the kinda you get in the bottle to use on spaghetti) i made a great chicken parmesan recipe the other day and used it. it works great!!! |

| New zealand doesn't even sell porkrinds..Really strange... My Mum cooks boiled eggs and smushes it with butter and a dash of curry powder for a snack =] its real fulling too
