| Yes you can lose it be patient your bodies going to start adjusting everyones weight loss is different i lost 7lbs in 2weeks and I would recommend wait till the first week ends then weigh yourself.15lbs in a month is achievable if you do clean induction drink plenty water and exercise. follow the rules and hopefully you could achieve it,all the best.

| your weight loss may take longer to show up than it has in other people - you shouldn't compare yourself to anyone else. I hope this is a life change and not a way to loose a quick 20 pounds..... are you drinking water (64 ounces of pure water daily - nothing added)? Are you eating foods from the acceptable food list - nothing else? Are you getting enough fats in daily? Are you eating the bars and drinking shakes? They aren't allowed on induction because of their ingredients. Don't worry you will start loosing weight.

| Thanks to you both for the replies. I'll be patient. I always have done a liquid shake diet and realize that this might not show results as fast as that one does. However, I'm much happier on this diet!! I just realized that the sugar free gum I was chewing has 2 carbs per piece! (5 gum) Luckily I only had like 2 per day but dang. I'm so glad I know that now. |
