| Hey there... before I found Dukes mayo... I used Hellimans too... as soon as I found out I started to make my own until I could find a replacement... It is really easy to make your own sugar free mayo... it tastes great...just google it! thanks SlimQuest... |

| My personal preference is that if sugar is listed at all it doesn't get eaten. I think for the most part it is just safer that way. For me if I eat one thing with sugar somehow my brain processes it as, "ok if i can eat that and it has sugar then i can eat this too" and the next thing yah know everything in the cabinet has sugar and i'm screwed lol

| Are you in the induction phase? During that phase I guess it could slow your progress but in ongoing weight loss it will should not hurt you. I used Hellman's during my last round of dieting with Atkins and it did not hamper me a bit. In fact, I was so grateful I could eat the real stuff. If you are not losing and if it is the ONLY place you are getting sugar, then eliminate it and see what happens. Also, you can reach a plateau and not lose for a few days and then it starts up again... |

| Atkins disasters can really be cute ones I've eaten fullfat Hellman the whole time. With that much fat in it and just a tad of sugar, it does not matter to me.
