Default Cravings.. Birthday's and farewell Parties !

I gave up .. I gave up to chocolate Last night !! ..n' Patisseries the night before it !! didnt eat much tho.. Or so I think.. I weighed my self.. gained only 0.5 got upset .. Got straightened up TODAY .. I think it was just a weekend of TOO MUCH BIRTHDAY PARTIES and my Farewell Party !! .. Crossing my fingers.. ANd praying to GOD i'll go back n' behave.. One concern though.. My parents are trying to get me to loose of Atkins for a while cuz they read about it ( they both are doctors) that it's Harmful on the long run.. ofcourse I do NOT believe them wut so ever.. however, They bribed me into eating some pasta and pizza !! .. and I surrendered * bad BAD MEE* .. .. aHHHHHHH.. Im dieng here.. However, strangely enough.. there's this jeans that was my goal to be able to wear.. n' It fit n' i've been going out with it for 2 days now !! .. werid ha ?? Explain please

TOday's menu

Breakfast:

1 Egg boiled , 3 cucmbers
1 Nescafee with heavy cream

Lunch would be :

Steak and maybe some liver and Cucmbers !

Dinner, NOt sure yet

But I know that i'll have way too much cofee, decafe of course, but maybe i'll slip some caffinated into it, I'll have an Iced latee with heavy cream n' the others would be regular hot decaf cofee, GOt a Deadline for my magazine Tommrow !! and 3 presenations, Wish me LUCK

OH BTW.. I LOVE U ATKINS FOURM PPL for supporting me all the way <3

Ask your parents why Atkins is unhealthy. I mean, concrete issues, not "I've just read it isn't". Make a list of their concerns and post it here. Then we can see if what they've read is supported by scientific evidence or if it's just the usual bunch of myths that surrounds Atkins. If it's the myths that worried your parents, then I'm sure we can find a way to debunk them.

Im sure u aint very proud of me for flunkin atkins every day .. i feel so guilty and sorry .. i apologize

I think that you have a unique challenge. If I had someone in my face trying to get me to eat pasta and pizza, it would be very, very difficult and I am forty years old. I agree with Georgiana. Ask them why and post it here. We can help!

1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
what the rungs mean to me:
rung 1 - more veggies
rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
rung 3 - seeds, nuts
rung 4 - berries, melon
rung 5 - wine - gotta really re-think this rung
rung 6 - beans, hummus (stay until 133)
rung 7 - other fruits (stay until 131)
rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
rung 9 - whole grains (oatmeal)
Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range (on to pre-maintenance)
