Default Heavy whipping cream says no carbs but how do we count it?

I'm using heavy whipping cream with my jello and my coffee. Yeah yeah, I know. "don't drink caffiene" well that just isn't going to happen. I'm from the Pacific Northwest. We don't do 'no coffee' here.

Seems to be working ok as I've lost weight, don't have an appetite and am basically doing ok on Atkins.

SO back to my original question... how do I count heavy whipping cream?

Thanks!

Heavy cream typically has 0.42 carbs per tablespoon. It is also allowed only in limited amounts during Induction.

Yes, the limit is 2-3 tbsp per day as part of the beverages allowed during Induction. 3 oz are allowed as a "Special Category Food", but they come with the warning that they may stall or slow down weight loss for some folks.
