Instead of Fiber Choice, I would rather take something like flaxseed meal or psyllium husks (sugar free, of course) or wheat bran, which are the ones recommended in DANDR. These you could also "hide" as ingredients in foods, instead of having to swallow/chew a pill.

| I would recommend flaxseed too.. And I would also recommend during induction staying away from anything that contains sugar alcohols. Good luck
