| Yes OWL is fun - working on adding things back and trying them out. Like discovering a whole new world of tastes and possiblilites. Glad it is working for you.

| Hi Jenny, I haven't yet found substitutes for wine, brownies or ice-cream, but for other comfort food, I like Linda's spinach lasagne, 'stick to your ribs chili', pizza using a slice of picnic ham for the crust, meatloaf, Linda's shepherd's pie...trying some recipes may make this WOE seem a little more 'normal' PM me if you can't find any of these...I'm not even sure where I got some of them
