| You do not have a great deal to lose, so the 'standard' 2 week induction is appropriate. When you move on to OWL, you will continue to lose weight, while learning good eating habits and what foods do not cause cravings/blood sugar issues for you. OWL also has a lot more variety - so it gets easier as time goes on
