I just had to share my excitement. Yeay.

I love Atkins. I just ate salmon coated with eggs/whipping cream fried in butter. Yum!

sometimes it's hard to remember we're watching what we eat....I watch everything I eat as it leaves my plate and goes into my mouth!!!! You just can't find a more delicious or more wonderful way to eat!!!

I Had "8" Tablespoons of Butter & "2" of Mayo yesterday on whay other Program could you do that, it's just wonderful!!!!
