You just have the unfortunate bad luck to get a cold at the same time as starting a diet... take your medicine for the cold, eat your diet food, and hopefully by next week you will be feeling great!

Atkins flu symptoms do not include runny nose, fever or coughing. More characteristic of my current I.F. is brain fog and oily skin. |
