| remember a lot of it is excess water. which is still good, a lot of bloat gone don't get dispaired, since you don't have to lose "that" much, you may notice you are losing slower soon, but that's normal. remember to adjust your daily calories accordingly once you are out of 14 days, and lost so much weight. |
