| That's because of glycerine, which does not necessarily have to appear on the label but is subtracted to get net carbs. Magic! Anyway, I hope you are just reading the carb count on those bars for fun, because 1. they stall or slow down weight loss for a lot of folks 2. they contain ingredients not allowed during Induction (e.g. soy, nonfat dry milk) 3. chocolate bars are not allowed during Induction, as per DANDR 2002 (Chapter 19, page 238.): Quote:

| Then how come on the box it says that it is "permitted" for all phases of Atkins? I don't have the book yet so I am trying to do this my info on here and at atkins.com. |
