| Hi and welcome back Mirya -- make sure you eat a variety of foods, get your fats, carbs and protein in daily, drink 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), take supplements and exercise. | If someone wants, they can always find plenty of excuses to eat junk. To be successful, I think it is often overlooked that it takes a commitment with no blame towards others. It is about taking control of your life and loving yourself enough not to follow someone into the carb abyss.

| I don't mean to be rude or anything - just throwing some thoughts out there. Why are you waiting till this xbf is gone? Why are you letting him have so much power over how YOU eat? You deserve to focus on yourself and you deserve to do that today no matter where this person lives and who else is around you. |
