| Kim - that's one of my favorites....I make it for breakfasts and also as a "sweet" after dinner sometimes. I am always amazed that you can't tell there is a egg in there! They are good cold or warmed up or right out of the microwave. When I warm them up I sometimes put a pat of butter and/or some DaVinci sugar free vanilla syrup on top or some fresh whipped cream on top -- I honestly haven't had it that I didn't like it.

| I just made it and my wife loved it! Whipped cream? do you make that with heavy whipping cream? I am not a cook/baker at all, so that also makes this diet difficult, but i'm learning.
