| You probably have 'Induction Flu', or carb withdrawal symptoms. Drink your water, take your multivitamins, and wait it out. For your cravings, drink water, wait a half-hour and see if the water quenches your cravings. If not, eat a high fat and protein snack. Hang in there.

| take it easy in the first week...light exercise when you can...drink lots of water to keep your system hydrated...eat every couple of hours to help boost up your energy(cheese, eggs, turkey roll ups, etc), take your vitamins and get rest when you can...it will get better I promise...hang in there.

| Also try either the weight smart, or carb smart Vitamins. They tend to give me energy......Usually by the 3rd or 4th day you feel better!
