| The cravings will go away in a couple days -- keep strong until then. Try eating some veggies dipped in a fat (mayo, salad dressing, cream cheese, etc) when you want something sweet. Colored peppers are very sweet by themselves. A better soda if you must have any would be Diet Rite, there is no sodium, no calories and no carbs and it's made with Splenda not aspartame like Diet Coke is.
