| Weigh to go!!! My advice is for you to go to rung one. It is just adding more veggies and there are few new ones to try. You can stay there until you have tried all you want. You will still continue to lose if you do it by the book. It will also start you on your journey to learning what agrees with your body and what does not. This is important in being successful at maintaining your weight loss. I say go for it!!! Best of luck!

| JSJ, beautiful work! The energy lift is astounding, isn't it? I love your 'in it for the long run' attitude. I think it is the mark of a successful person. Way to go!

| Thank you all so much!!! It means a lot to me I reread the chapter on metabolic resistance and found out a LOT of great info. For one, I'm going to do the good 'ole spit test tomorrow. LOL I have an allergy to 2 antibiotics and an allergy to mushrooms, so it's very possible. And I never knew so much about hypothyroidism either! Not trying to self diagnose but a lot of the things DR A says ring true for me, the symptoms are spot on, especially the low basal body temp. Mine has been low since I am a child! So it's definitely something I'm going to discuss with my dr. Can't hurt to find out more. I am really proud of myself for not giving up after losing only 5.8 pounds. I used to lose that in the first 2 days on Induction... and I really think if I had my old mentality about Atkins, I would have thrown in the towel a week ago. This time is not as easy but I am NOT giving up on myself. I will get to my goal and appreciate it this time!!! Thanks again everyone for the encouragement and support. I love ADBB

| AWESOME!!! Congrats! Tomorrow is the halfway point for me! I would say... maybe stick on induction for another 1 or 2 weeks and see how it goes ;-) Then you can adjust or move to OWL if you feel ready. Good Luck!!!
