| thanks a lot !!!! I think I am doing OK. I just started my Fitday log today. and WOW what an eye opener. I gotta pay attention to those carbs!!! I had the 92 verison of the book up in tell yesterday I went out and found the 2002 version. Day by Day I will be getting all the utensil needed to keep me on track. As in stocking up on all the good veggi's and oh ya vitamns!!! Ran out of Botteled water this morning. Headed to the store as soon as my hubby gets home!!!! all in all I feel very confident and hay this seems to be easy the craving for carbs and sugar are pretty much gone. Every now and then I look in the pantry and see something I shouldnt have, it goes quick though. Today I am making my own cubbert so If I have to get into the pantry it wont be because I am looking to snack. For Lissy of course |

| When you think you're hungry a lot of times its your mind playing games with you there are also times when your body is thirsty and needs water. Keep hydrated as much as possible (the 64 oz a day pure water thing) - other than keeping your internal organs functioning correctly the water helps flush the fat and nasties out of your system. It sounds like you are doing great -- keep up the good work!!
