| The recipes are so easy and I love the fact I can make a whole pan of a quiche, freeze it and take it out when I need it - or just about any of those casseroles. Tracey

| I "4th" the notion that without Linda's recipes I would not have as varied a menu on Atkins. Although I love meat and eggs, the usual meals get old after a few weeks while her recipes manage to find ways to put together meals that tickle the tastebuds. Browsing her recipes can be dangerous though -- especially if you start looking at recipes that are not Induction friendly. She has a way of making me NOT want to stay on induction for too long.

| I honestly don't know if I'd be able to truly do atkins with OUT her website! I usually use it at LEAST twice a week (admittedly the other times we eat out too much, lol)...but I've also made some of her desserts and they're FABULOUS!
