| Hey there, I know what you mean by doing it all wrong! Last year when I first bought the book I read the first couple of chapters and than thought I was a pro and went about my business. A week later I realized that I was all wrong!!! I was eating wraps and triscuits along with high carb veggies! I still lost a little weight, but when I read the book a little more and found I was doing it all wrong...I became pissed off and discouraged and when I moved I packed the book into a box and just opened last week (12 months later ) In the last 12 months I gained approx 20lbs Anyways, I have read book cover to cover now and tomorrow will be the end of week one...Im doing very well this time around! Isn't it funny how we think we know it all, when actually we need some guidance in our lives for things such as this! Well, best of luck to you Jules |

| I'm on Day 9 of Induction and I just finished the book last night. Fortunately, I found this site, printed out the food list and went by that. But reading the book helped me to understand so much more about what I was doing.That section on candida was very interesting...I have to re-read that again and try those suggestions. In fact there a lot of parts I want to re-read again. So, I agree: Read the book!
