Default Skipping one day of veggie... =[

I was too busy today. I had no time to cook. I had all 3 meal but I skipped one day of veggie... is it bad?!

It's not good... so you can guess what the other possibility is.

But now that it's done, it's done. Make sure you don't repeat the mistake and finish your 14-day Induction.

And by the way, you don't have to do any fancy cooking to eat your veggies. You can eat raw veggies w/ some dip, for example. Or a salad with dressing. Or you can throw some veggies in the microwave and it takes less than 5 minutes to cook them.

How would that affect me except for possibly... lol.. constipation?
Is that going to affect my weight lost?
