| That's absolutely fantastic! Just remember that if one time, the scale doesn't seem quite where you want it - don't freak out! You're clearly on the move downward and you're doing great. |

| Great results, that's for sure. You should be comforted to also know, that there is no way you are 84% or even 82% bodyfat. The highest percentage bodyfat I've ever seen reported in a female is 68% or 69% percent (can't remember). So, don't be discouraged with the 82% number since your measurement appears to be way off. That being said, however, you can use that number as an adequate baseline to track your progress downward... I'd hate to hear you see people referring to 20-30% body fat and think you're actually that far away from those areas. You're much closer than you think.
