| It's a YMMV thing. Personally I would not eat them. Anyway, the carbs are zero because they are below 0.5 g per serving. It could be 0.4999999999 grams, so my advice would be to count each serving as 0.5 net carbs. Since pepperoni have a lot of sodium, it's possible to cause you some water retention. In my opinion (which, surprise, surprise, is different from what is posted on atkins[dot]com), there are better snacks: chicken breast tenders, hard-boiled eggs, cheese or cheese crackers, a few olives, some veggies with dip, muffins.

| Does it say zero carb as well as zero sugar? Dextrose is sugar. I avoid it.

| Yes, it says zero carbs and zero g sugar...I thought most meats didn't have carbs? How do I know what has carbs and what doesn't? I wish they had to put exactly how much was in there, even if it is below zero... |
