| That sounds like me when I started ... but I figured it out eventually. And the book is a great source. In the mean time. The first thing to do is to read these two stickies. | Be sure you read the book. The information we have here on ADBB is okay, but it's by no means a substitute for the book. And unless you read the book, you won't have a clue how to do Atkins the proper way. In fact, it would be best for you to read the book BEFORE you attempt to do Atkins. That way you'll know what you're getting into and what to expect.
