| You need some soluble fiber. Take a few tablespoons of psyllium husks (2-3), spread throughout the day. Dissolve a tablespoon into a glass of water, drink it and then drink another glass of water. You might need to adjust the amount depending on how you... "feel". After the problem is solved, don't take more than 1 tbsp of fiber supplement per day. ETA: Umm... by the way, are you eating anything sweetened with sugar alcohols (e.g. Atkins bars)? Or stuff with artificial sweeteners, like diet sodas?

Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | Nothing except what's on the induction menu. I'm not too concerned about it, I was just remarking lol. Diet changes do that to my body. Once my body gets over the initial shock it'll go back in tune. Plus - I can't see me wanting to spend more money on food then I am right now buying fresh meat and vegetables, lol. Let alone buying Atkins bars or drinking diet soda. Aspartame gives me headaches, so I've been off that stuff for six years. |

| Just wanted to say that I'm on day 5 and I *think* mine is starting to subside. This is the first day that I haven't felt like I had to run in to the bathroom at any point in time. I'm kind of scared to leave the house! Here's to hoping it's just part of the induction flu...
