| Hmm I sweat a lot as it is because I'm overweight. So it can be 10 degrees (celsius) outside and just wearing a sweater makes me sweat. Maybe with your body actively using your fat stores for the first time in awhile, you are heating up more with all the energy being used. |

| It's because your metabolism is speeding up--or getting fired up. You are 'burning' fat. They don't use those words lightly. It's a good thing.

| I'm glad you posted this because I have been experiencing the same thing, particularly at night. I couldn't figure out if my body temp was going up or what, but I'm glad to see the answers about metabolism speeding up as the cause. Makes sense! |
