| Hang in there, Jules! The problem you have can be sorted out and you'll feel better (and lighter!) soon. Did you try a fiber supplement, taken with a lot of water? If that didn't work, take some magnesium (e.g. magnesium oxide) and that should do the trick. Or a stool softener. Check the post Sunny made here: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...387-post7.html

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | Hi Jules! Noooooo...don't give up! You're through the hardest part! You just need to figure out your specific problem and you'll be good to go. In two more days, you can move to OWL and MORE veggies. You can do this! |

| I hope you get that sorted out. But don't give up. For me magnesium really works - drink lots of water

| Post your menu for others to look at ... people may see what may be causing you problems. Are you using flax for fiber? What kind of veggies are you eating? Are you eating cheese?

| As someone posted yesterday - you might be weighing yourself plus 'Mr Poo' at the moment, so try a glycerine suppository to get things moving.
