| Yes - I know EXACTLY what you mean. I took it as feeling nauseous though, even though I knew I didn't need to go be sick. It's like this empty feeling, but it's not what I'd consider being hungry - but then, I don't remember the last time I actually felt "Hungry" and that be actually what I felt. I don't think I ever let myself get to a point I felt it. I'm just finishing day 5, and I started feeling that this morning between breakfast and lunch. I think for me it was because I didn't have any veggies for breakfast, where I had for the past few days along with my eggs. Of course - it could also be part of that "Induction Flu" I keep hearing about that's supposed to clear up after several days of beginning. |
