| Since you don't have much to lose, I would just head into OWL personally. That way, you can climb up the rungs of OWL and be able to tell if you can eat the new foods while still losing weight. Great job getting through Induction! |

| If you are having trouble with induction I'd go on to OWL Rung 1 and add more veggies - that way you will have a little more freedom on what foods you can eat. When I stayed on extended induction I stopped loosing and after talking with a couple of the mods I went to OWL and started loosing again.
