End of induction week 1

I have just completed induction week 1. Here are the mistakes/moments of weakness:

1) Had some cups of tea at the weekend, I put this down to being english.

2) Had a couple of glasses of red wine on saturday evening, I put this down to it being my son's birthday.

At the start of induction I was 101.5 kg and this morning I weighed in at 98.6kg. So let's call it 3 kg or 6.5 lbs in week 1! Needless to say I am elated!
