| Yes, it is perfectly normal. A lot of us weigh once a week, no more...the scale can drive you crazy! Have you taken measurements? Weight loss is not linear...it goes in spurts (or whooshies). It is normal to not lose weight for a week or two (or three or four) at a time. A lot of the time, your measurements will go down even if the (evil) scale doesn't.
