| Your losses are exceptional - most people lose 5-10 percent of their goal in the first two weeks 5/20 is 25%!!! Make sure you move up to OWL, you have very little time left to move up the carb ladder and are not metabolically resistant. Things to check/consider: Cheese is limited to 3-4oz / day. Calories look OK, are you eating when hungry? (& stopping when no longer hungry?) You do not need 20 carbs/day, you need less than 20 carbs/day, with half of your carbs coming from veggies.

| Thanks Julie B! I don't really ever feel hungry per se, so I just eat what I'm allowed to. I have been primarily eating red meat and I thought that may have been a reason for my sudden weight loss stall, but now I know that I probably just need to go through the OWL phases a little faster. I find it so hard to consume 65% of my calories from fat if I'm not munching on cheese or steak. lol. I even have it for breakfast as I detest eggs. Should I maybe start taking a flax seed oil supplement? Or maybe start adding in some nuts? thank you for your help!! |
