| Potassium is one of those minerals that can be harmful to your health. . Here in Japan they don't sell potassium supplements because of its dangers....... Generally we get enough potassium from dark green veggies like spinach, broccoli, etc, but if you feel that you need more than that, there is a Potassium, Magnesium, and Taurine pill which I found on vitacost.com that you might want to try. Just really be careful and if you feel any adverse affects, quit taking it right away. |
