| Houston we have a problem Sorry could not resist. Next week is a bit of a short time achive a wiehtloss. You are going to need a bit more time but you will get there if you are following the plan. But on Atkins we need to eat - at least every 6 hours and we cannot starve ourselves it is counter productive. Do look around and try to find out what is involved.
