| Hmm, I don't see them in my book (I do have the 2002 version) maybe they have another name for endives? Anyway I'am glad I can have them then, tonight I am going to make braised endive rolled in ham with a cream and cheese sauce!!! |

Atkins: Books The first page read "first published in the USA in 2002" I have a little less choice than yours in the salad list. From now on I'll use the list published here on the forum. |

| Oh, that's the book the guys in the UK have. It's also called chicory. I think in the US they sometimes use chicory to mean frisée. (?) Someone will correct me if I'm wrong....
