Cavenmac, I just need to make sure you understand what "net carbs" means. It has nothing to do with the grams of sugar on the label. Total carbs minus fiber grams will yield the net carbs. For example, if a label shows 6g of carbs per serving and 2g of fiber, the net carbs per serving would be 4g. Total carbs - fiber = net carbs 6g - 2g = 4g Good luck to you. |
