| I don't belive so...Just dont do it again! I cheated twice so far( im on day 12) and I ate chilli with noddles and onion rings....Didnt stop me at all.... I got very luck....just dont cheat..when i get bored i turn back to the illegl foods...from now on imma drink ALOT of water til i cant even drink any more then I wont be hungry or thirsty lol |

| Trisha, don't stop or give up, just keep plugging. Pretend it didn't happen and don't let it affect your mindset for another moment. When you start focusing on the things you didn't do perfectly you're more likely to fall off the wagon. 1 Pita pocket...pfffff. Pick yourself up, grab some cheese and a big jug of water and keep on chugging!
