Looks good except that you might be a bit low on fats.

Have you used www.fitday.com to see what your ratios are? You should be aiming at 65% fat/30% protein/5% carbs on induction.

Congrats on getting the exercise in :clapping :clapping and the water too - you did have water throughout the day as well as at the gym?

Elizellen, I forgot to mention all the olive oil I cook with...sorry LOL

As for Fitday...I am one of the few who dislikes that tool...I find that I get way to obsessed with things when I use that site...but I have used it yes....

You're a little over on your veggies, and remember that broccoli and cauliflower are both 1 cup veggies, so you can have a cup of one or the other, or a mixed cup of them per day.

I'm a little concerned with this...what's in it?

Have you not heard of "cola chicken'?? it is to die for!

4 chicken breast

1c diabetic ketchup + 1 can diet cola

place chicken in saucepan
add other ingredients & bring to rolling boil
turn down heat, cover and simmer 45 min
remove lid, and let sauce reduce...

I actually use tomato paste/water/vinegar & spices...and make my own "ketchup" to add.... that way I know what is going into it!
